1. Products & Orders
All parts are genuine OEM used or tested components, unless otherwise stated.
We strive to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and compatibility information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order due to errors.
Pricing is shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted and excludes shipping, duties, and taxes.
2. Warranty Information
Standard Warranty
All parts include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Extended warranties may be available for purchase on qualifying parts.
Mechanical Parts Coverage
The warranty covers defects in the purchased part only. It does not cover:
Failures caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, or lack of maintenance.
Routine maintenance items (belts, fluids, seals, spark plugs, filters, etc.).
Damage resulting from towing, collision, fire, theft, flood, or other external causes.
Labor costs, shipping costs, or incidental damages.
Engines & Transmissions
Engines are warranted against block cracks, rod knock, and excessive smoking. Accessories and seals are not covered.
Transmissions are guaranteed to function, provided proper installation procedures are followed (flush lines, replace radiator/cooler, replace seals, gaskets, and fluids, reset computer codes).
Warranty Conditions
Warranty begins on the date of purchase stated on the invoice.
The original invoice must accompany all warranty claims.
United Parts Wholesale must approve all warranty claims and may require inspection of the part.
Warranties are non-transferable.
3. Returns & Refunds
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and include the original invoice.
Parts must be in the same condition as received and undamaged.
Approved refunds may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days, and deposits or special-order items are non-refundable.
Core Charges: Refundable within 30 days if cores are returned complete, drained of fluids, and as sold.
4. Important Notices
Free Returns apply only as advertised on qualifying orders (e.g., defective or incorrect parts). Customers may be responsible for shipping in other cases.
SRS / Airbags / Seatbelts: Sold as is. Must be installed by a qualified technician. Buyer assumes all risks.
Tires: Sold as is. United Parts Wholesale does not guarantee compliance with safety standards.
VIN Requirements: If a part includes a VIN, it is the installer’s responsibility to comply with applicable laws.
5. License of Use
You are granted a limited license to access and use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
